HELP. Runtime error when trying to join a server

I started playing SAMP about a week ago. Everything worked fine, I downgraded my steam version and installed SAMP, started playing. Yesterday I logged off to do something and when I came back my game would just crash when I joined a server. I somehow fixed it but now it just gives me a runtime error. Ive tried everything ,reinstalled the game, reinstalled samp, deleted everything and installed again, reinstalled microsoft visual c++, and now I even reinstalled Windows 11 and it still doesn't work. I also tried to use compatibility mode and that didn't work either. What can I do??
